How long is the turnaround time?

We know how important is for you to get your files back quickly. Below are our standard turnaround times, but can sometimes be completed more quickly or slowly depending on the complexity and the current volume of orders in our queue.

- Photography, Floor Plans, & Object Removal: 2 business days
- Virtual Staging: 3 business days
- Architectural Renderings: 7 business days

Can you create specific furniture?

While we can get very close to a lot of existing furniture pieces, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Please reach out to us if you are looking for a very specific piece of furniture and we will try to help.

Are revisions included?

We want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order. We will do one round of minor revisions for you at no additional cost. If you request changes to the original scope of work, or significant changes that require a lot of time, we will send you a quote via email before moving forward with your request.

We strongly encourage you to provide all of the requirements and your expectations upfront, so that we can avoid time consuming revisions. Reference images are extremely helpful in communicating your expectations about the look that you are going for.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want?

We do virtual staging and 3d renderings all day every day - so we know what looks good. If you are not sure what you want the final image to look like, don't worry. You can trust us to make high quality creative decisions that will achieve the desired outcome.

What payment methods do you accept?

You will receive an invoice to your email after you place your order. You can pay by bank transfer directly through the invoice. For credit card transactions, there is a 3.5% fee.

If your office has an account with us, we will bill your office directly and arrange payment through their preferred method.
