Furnished Quarters provides it’s customers with furnished apartments for short term rentals. They asked me to photograph one of their units at 66 Franklin Street. All of their units are fully decorated, and feature wi-fi, televisions, full kitchen, etc. They offer an alternative to the traditional hotel experience, which is why a lot of their sales are corporate housing and relocations. This particular unit utilized wood surfaces really nicely in the decor. It is always more pleasant to photograph something like this because it is much less sterile and allows potential customers to get that “homey” feel. …
